Tourist Information

The Tourist Information Office is located on the High Street. Please turn right on to the High Street and it will be found on your right after about a minutes walk.

​

Bus Stop

The Bus Stops are located outside the Library on the High Street and opposite, outside the Town Hall.

 

Petrol/Gas Station

The nearest Petrol Station is at Willersey Garage, WR12 7PJ (3 miles).

Open 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 12.30pm on Saturday, Closed on Sunday.

Central Heating​

The heating is pre-set to come on from 6.30am to 9.30am, and 4.30pm to 6pm.

To increase/decrease the temperature at any time please use the thermostat to the

right of the front door.  Press the button on the far left and the unit will illuminate.  

Then press the button below the + symbol (higher temperature) or the - symbol

(lower temperature) repeatedly to select your desired room temperature.

Once you have selected the temperature you would like, press the button below

the OK symbol to activate.

Parking

Parking for one car is available at the property. Free unlimited parking is available on Calf Lane, George Lane or the High Street and the majority of side roads. The car park in the centre of town is free for a 20 minute stay, £1 for a one hour, £2 for two hours and free between 7pm and 7am.

Hot Water

This is provided by a combination boiler and will always be available on demand.

​

Waste and Recycling

Waste is stored in your car parking area.

Glass and tin cans in the black, plastic box.

Cardboard in the bright blue bag.

Plastics in the large white bag.

Everything else in the black wheelie bin.

Collections take place every other Monday morning and will be taken care of for you.

TV

NOTE: If the TV shows 'No Signal' you need to press the Source button which is on the top right of the Samsung TV remote and select HDMI 1.

 

To operate the TV, you will need to switch on both the TV and Humax receive remote controls.

To select channels please use the Humax controller.

We have a large selection of children's films stored on the Humax.

To view these please press Recordings on the Humax remote.

There is also DVD player - DVD's are in the basket under the console table

There is a fire blanket in the kitchen and fire extinguishers located in the cupboard under the stairs & on the landing.
