Privacy Policy for Cluck Cluck Bang
Effective date: 16 October 2026
Developer: Andrew Roland
Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Cluck Cluck Bang ("we", "us" or "our") handles information, advertising and in-app purchases.
1. Information we collect and store
Cluck Cluck Bang does not require an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address or any other contact information.
Your game progress, such as your level, collected stickers, golden eggs, power-ups and settings, is stored only on your own device. We cannot see it, and deleting the app removes it.
We do not sell personal data.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app offers optional rewarded video ads, for example "Watch an ad to push the game back 3 rows". These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads and measure how they perform, Google may collect and process:
-
your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), where it is available
-
your IP address
-
device and app information, and how you interact with ads
For players in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before ads that use your data are shown, as required by the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and related ePrivacy rules. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the app, under Settings → Ad Privacy Options, which appears wherever the law requires it. You can also limit ad tracking on your device in your iPhone's Privacy & Security settings.
To learn how Google handles data, see Google's Privacy & Terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3. In-app purchases
In-app purchases, such as packs of Push Backs, Balloon Launches and Snake Guards, are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment details. Your purchases are managed through your Apple Account under Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
4. Children
Cluck Cluck Bang is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Parents can control in-app purchases and ad personalisation using the settings on their child's device.
5. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, there is very little we can show, correct or delete. If you are in the UK or EEA, you have rights over your personal data, including to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. For data held by Google, you can use Google's own privacy tools. You can also contact us at the address below. You have the right to complain to your data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office (https://ico.org.uk).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
