PixaFrame Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 11, 2026

1. Introduction: At PixaFrame, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Our guiding principle is simple: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data.

2. Photo Access: PixaFrame requires access to your Apple TV/iCloud Photo Library to function as a digital frame.

Local Processing: All photo indexing and rendering happen locally on your device. No Uploads: Your photos are

never uploaded to our servers, nor are they accessible to us or any third parties.

3. In-App Purchases: We offer premium content (PixaPacks) via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Transaction Data: All payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information

or billing address. Purchase History: We only receive an anonymized token from Apple to confirm your purchase and

unlock your content.

4. Data Collection & Analytics: No Personal Tracking: We do not collect names, email addresses, or location data.

Diagnostics: We may receive anonymous crash reports or performance data through Apple’s standard developer tools

(opt-in via your Apple TV settings). This data is used solely to fix bugs and improve the app.

5. Third-Party Services: The app utilises Apple’s WeatherKit to provide weather overlays. Your approximate location is

used by Apple to provide local weather data; however, PixaFrame does not store or transmit this location to any other

parties.
